Carwash

In Lansing, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Michigan, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Spotless Auto Wash World at (517) 977-0845; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Its Google rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 227 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Lansing is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Lansing is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Paid for premium wash. Went through and half of the wash was broken. Went back asked for a refund. Rude employee said signs were posted and I should have seen them. Offered to wash it again and I refused. Employee said the motors have been broken for a while. Do not use this place.

Had my truck washed,it wasnt clean, I paid for the ultimate. The truck wasnt clean dirt still on truck. The employee told me that the brushes/rollers weren't working full force. Only half works she said. She said the brushes/rollers were down for some time and that the car wash owner owed the maintenance company "a few thousand dollars" and couldn't get them fixed. Why are you still charging full price knowing this. No refund was given as I asked. Very shady practice and will call the better business bureau to report this! Cleary something not right about what they are selling and giving as a service. Very dishonest business.

Paid for a month. Car wash took it upon themselves to take a payment the next month. They lied and said you can pay monthly, but that is not the truth. Didn't give me a receipt of the conditions or the terms, because I'm not under a contract.... so why mess with my account without my permission. Check your accounts monthly.
